GRAIL
How it works

A coin. A machine. A real prize.

The memecoin, its machine and the collectible are three different things. Fees from the coin fund the machine; the machine buys the collectible; a player wins it.

  1. 01

    Launch

A creator launches a token from their own wallet and receives any tokens from their optional initial buy.

  2. 02

    Collect fees

That token's creator fees flow to its own machine wallet.

  3. 03

    Allocate

Each receipt is split once: 65% prizes, 20% holders, 15% operations.

  4. 04

    Acquire & verify

The Collector converts the prize share to USDC, buys an existing graded card and verifies ownership.

  5. 05

    Reserve

One verified collectible is held for one prize event.

  6. 06

    Play & qualify

Players get 30 seconds to grab 3 capsules.

  7. 07

    Select a winner

A frozen entry list meets a pre-chosen public random value.

  8. 08

    Deliver

The exact collectible NFT is transferred to the winner's wallet.

Holder rewards branch off at step 03 in parallel — they never depend on someone winning.

Worked example

1 SOL of collected creator fees, split once.

0.65 SOL
Prize budget
Converted to USDC. Adds to the budget; it doesn't guarantee any particular card.
0.20 SOL
Holder rewards
Paid in SOL to verified holders.
0.15 SOL
Operations
Network, models, media, infrastructure.

Event timeline

0s · event opens180s · draw147s · new attempts close

The last 33 seconds leave room for in-progress 30-second attempts to finish before entries are frozen.

  1. 01Pick a username — no wallet needed to play.
  2. 02Move with WASD or arrow keys, drop with Space. You have 30 seconds per attempt.
  3. 03Retrieve 3 capsules to qualify. Qualifying enters you once into that event's draw — it isn't winning.
  4. 04Each event lasts 180 seconds. New attempts close 33 seconds before the end so every attempt can finish.
  5. 05If you don't qualify, try again while the event is open. If you win as a guest, link a wallet afterwards to receive the NFT.

Questions

Do I need a wallet?

Not to play. You need one to launch a machine, and to receive a prize you've won.

Does a successful grab mean I won the card?

No. Three capsules qualifies you for the event's draw. One winner is drawn from all qualifiers.

What does holding change?

Holders earn SOL from fees. Holding gives no extra draw entries.

Where is my prize?

Once awarded, the NFT is sent to your wallet; guests link one first. Check My collection.

Who ships the physical card?

The custodian holding the graded card handles redemption and shipping under its own terms.
